DESIGN NAME: Jinke City Light
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office
INSPIRATION: As people who have lived in the city for a long time always have a yearning for nature, the designer aims to reconstruct the balance between nature and the city through design. By using a Co-Life model that embraces nature awareness, humanistic perception and physical and mental experience, the high frequency scene is integrated into people’s daily life.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Through the combination of landscape, cafe, community, and people’s daily life, it has been turned into a Co-Life Experience Hall. As a result, this will not only increase the usefulness and utilization rate of the space, but also will continue to meet the needs of the community's residents while producing long-term economic benefits after its sales function is completed.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In this project, the designer connects life aesthetic, community social communication, leisure and entertainment, enabling dwellers to embrace ideal lifestyle. The cafe experience hall serves as a bond between space and dwellers, where poetic light, greenery shadow, natural life and cafe culture fit well, and people can taste a cup of coffee, relaxing themselves away from the hustling outside world.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Qionglai, Sichuan Province, China and finished in 2021.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The ornament installation is composed of knotted bamboo, and the warm beige and woody tones merge with green tints. The landscape, cafe and community are integrated, enabling people to embrace the vitality of nature in a serene mood.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project, which is in the center of Qionglai New Town, is committed to giving residents a high-quality life with diverse scene experiences and a vibrant community atmosphere under a well-equipped infrastructure.
CHALLENGE: The main challenge for designer is how to make the sales office continue to serve the needs of the community's residents after the sales function is completed. Within this context, the designer has transformed it into a Co-Life Experience Hall in accordance with the "market, space, and product" interaction logic and the idea of space serving people’s lifestyle.
