| DESIGN NAME: Dormil Ala PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pillow INSPIRATION: Based on research of sleep medicine, the design team aims to improve the sleeping quality of users via the scientific, comfortable as well as breathable design, and to help them develop good sleeping habits. The decompression grid structure achieves high-efficiency air circulation, so as to always keep the mattress breathable without stuffiness and to avoid bacterial growth, comprehensively ensuring your healthy sleep. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a mesh-structure mattress with excellent resilience, good support and comfort, Dormil Ala is devoted to providing an immersive sleeping experience for users. The innovative decompression grid structure, which is made of baby pacifier-grade TPE material, well supports your body. And its quick resilience within 0.16s after the pressure is removed can adapt to various sleeping positions, relaxing muscles and relieving fatigue. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Thanks to the decompression grid structure of the stress-free layer, the pressure generated by your weight bends the thin walls of grids so that it is evenly distributed in the mattress, thereby realizing the optimal support via the minimum material. Such a design also well supports the body in various sleeping positions, giving users a sense of floating sleep, minimizing the noise when the user rolls over. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This mattress consists of the stress-free layer, comfortable layer and support layer, with the surface covered by the high-elasticity fabric made from bamboo pulp fiber. The unique decompression grid structure of the core stress-free layer enables the pressure generated by your weight to be evenly distributed through the connected girds. The 80 percent of porosity greatly promotes heat dissipation and ensures air circulation all the time to avoid bacterial growth. CHALLENGE: The core of this product is the decompression grid structure made of baby pacifier-grade TPE material with the touch and density close to human fat, which features good resilience and comfort. It enables the pressure to be evenly distributed so that each part of the body can be well supported. The mattress returns to its original shape within 0.16s after removing the pressure to ensure the timely resilience and perfect fit to new sleeping positions, offering an immersive sleeping experience.
