| DESIGN NAME: Nine Tai Studio PRIMARY FUNCTION: Retail Design INSPIRATION: Change the sense of oppression in rehearsal studios, increase the beauty and leisure sharing space. Etheric Guidance is core, dual concept: rigidity - softness, create spatial level broadening senses. Elevate rehearsal studio into energy breeding ground, provide stress-relieving space for musicians. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Etheric Guidance is core of concept, stepping away from oppression of traditional rehearsal studios, interpreting light and shade, movement and stillness, rigidity and softness in an open space, amplifying spirituality in energy field. Demand for sound absorption is achieved by modeling layers, and musicians are encouraged to practice in a music field that condenses inner energy and communication. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Elevate rehearsal studio into energy breeding ground, provide stress-relieving space for musicians. Musicians can work and rest in a comfortable environment, enhance team communication. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Tranquility: Choose sound-absorbing building materials according to the site space. Ceiling is designed with wavy streamlines to offset bass, reduce noise. Heart’s reflection: Voice in the performer's heart responds with light,shadow. Leisure and friendship: Connect the waiting area, kitchen and the bar to increase interpersonal communication. CHALLENGE: Space is closely related to sound. Traditional recording studios are crowded, and need for sound insulation makes space extremely dull. On the other hand, functional space prioritizing recording has become entire recording studio. Considering time for artist rehearsal and recording is day and night, making the 24-hour recording studio both professional and lively is the key to liberating musicians from stress and increasing their sense of happiness.
