| DESIGN NAME: Yun Park PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: The designer even incorporated the Chinese literati temperament of "Wen Wen Er Ya" into the indoor atmosphere. At the beginning, it is a dome made of many overlapping geometric shapes. The shape is like petals, like a diamond cut surface, with a romantic and eternal meaning. The entire sales office space is designed with geometric stitching patterns and streamline interweaving, which is simple and generous without losing dynamic romance. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Xiqing District of Tianjin, adjacent to the largest wetland park in the city. Under the transparent glass building facade of "Shuixi Yunlu", it is inspired by the Chinese garden. You can see the corridor and the hidden landscape. It integrates emptiness and tranquility, and penetrates seclusion into victory. It has the space bearing of "identifying thousands of pursuits in a square inch". If you walk through the two or three, you will change the scene with each step. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It took two months for the project from scheme bidding to implementation. The main operation process of the design scheme is to fully understand the pain points of the project and the needs of Party A through communication and on-the-spot investigation. The scheme is completed through brainstorming by the internal designer team of the company. After the scheme is approved, the designer needs to enter the site in advance and control the implementation of the project throughout the city. The natural luxury stone tabletop forms the tone of the overall stable texture of the space. The rich texture and elegant curves all show the owner's high-grade artistic aesthetics and the pursuit of quality details.
