| DESIGN NAME: Landsea Crystal PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: As a new iteration of the Freedom Ark technology residence, it achieves a beautiful life scene of "temperature freedom" and "follow the custom". Based on this, our design inspiration falls to the Yifan boat on the Haihe River, which connects the whole project temperament with the boat culture, highlighting the urban temperament of Tianjin water culture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Xinzhuang Plate, where the case is located, is close to the urban area and has good prospects for regional development. Based on the history and culture of Tianjin Haihe River, in the construction of project space, we adopt the expression technique of interpreting meaning by form, and write a "boat editing record" of contemporary Tianjin with the shape, meaning and name of a boat, so as to hold up a beam of modern space design sail. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It took two months for the project from scheme bidding to implementation. The main operation process of the design scheme is to fully understand the pain points of the project and the needs of Party A through communication and on-the-spot investigation. The scheme is completed through brainstorming by the internal designer team of the company. After the scheme is approved, the designer needs to enter the site in advance and control the implementation of the project throughout the city. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The soft decoration design of the project mainly uses leather, luxury stone, solid wood, metal and glass as the main materials, selects Italian brand furniture, and adopts the method of integration of Chinese and Western to create the urban cultural heritage and luxury and elegant texture of the space. Among them, luxury stone is mainly used for desktop, large-scale solid wood and metal art decoration space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project Area: 1800 Square Meters TAGS: Haihe Culture, Tianjin Port, Boat Spirit, Exquisite Quality, Private Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In the design process of Tianjin Longshi sales office project, the designer mainly adopted research methods such as urban research and customer visits. Through in-depth research and analysis of Tianjin urban culture, the designer took the water culture represented by Haihe River as the design inspiration source, studied the advantages and disadvantages of the sales office space in the current Tianjin market, and then created his own project advantages. CHALLENGE: In the whole design process, the most difficult part lies in the relatively large volume of the project, and the design time reserved by the customer for the designer is very urgent. Meanwhile, due to the impact of the epidemic, the construction progress and product landing of the project are delayed. Time is an obstacle that the whole project needs to overcome.
