| DESIGN NAME: Ai Waist PRIMARY FUNCTION: Relaxing Mattress INSPIRATION: Inspired by one of the significant modern health problems, namely, lumbar muscle strain and ligament strain due to daily work and life. The busy everyday life also makes it difficult for users to spare time for targeted relief exercises for the lumbar back. This is where the product comes in, which integrates the massaging function into the leisure space, offering muscle relief during rest. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The AI sleep analysis system enables the automatic adjustment of the AI intelligent waistfriendly mattress based on users figures, which helps relieve the life pressure for improved sleep quality. The unique double airbag traction system, graphene heating module, and other humanized features contribute to a better user experience. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The internal highly elastic spring can sense the weight of different users and adjust its contraction when lying on the mattress. The airbag on the waist and leg of users provides messaging through its flexible touch. The graphene module could heat up while massaging, which help muscle better relax. Its morning wakeup function can wake up the user in a natural way. In addition, the left and rightzoned design allows two users to use it, meeting the needs of different users. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Mattress module: deep sleep energy spring of high elasticity, 3D jute, spine protection foam of high density, and Thailandimported latex composition. It has an antibacterial and antimite fabric surface and an interior with a graphene heating module, zonal airbag, and sensing module for analysis. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 1800 mm x Depth 2000mm x Height 240mm TAGS: Smart mattress, AI module algorithm, Intelligent sleep analysis, Massage, Graphene heating module. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Following the scientific and comfortoriented principles, the product can give active support for the spinal surface during sleep for the comprehensive protection of the human body in terms of sleep health. The mattress supports APP control and can offer a preset waking time when it could wake users up on time through its airbag movement or lumbar heating function, which is a comfortable wakeup for the body. Users can stretch and embrace a natural waking morning. CHALLENGE: The challenge lies in how to fit users spines better. Therefore, the product adopts a chain structure of stiff double springs for better spine protection, which can automatically sense weight changes and adjust the spring contraction to better fit the human spine curve to match users of different weights, heights, and sleeping positions.
