DESIGN NAME: Homepower Pro Series
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Solar Generator Backup Battery
INSPIRATION: Our mission is to transform the energy industry by creating a new decentralized, easily distributed and self-sustainable energy future for everyone. So that more people can have access to a new kind of energy independence that’s reliable, and most importantly, affordable and accessible to all.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The HomePower Pro Series Solar Generator from Geneverse is one of the most reliable, portable, and powerful ways to charge and store power when you need it the most and powerful enough to support 99% of your home appliances. The HomePower Pro Series can be charged at lightning speed from a variety of sources, including AC outlets, traditional gas generators, car outlets, or via solar panels for complete energy-independence.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The HomePower Pro Series Solar Generator from Geneverse is one of the most reliable, portable, and powerful ways to charge and store power when you need it the most.
Simply charge it (via ac wall outlet, car outlet, Geneverse solar panels, or gas generator) and plug in the devices you need to charge or power, like a refrigerator, microwave, computer, WiFi, or medical device. It's powerful enough to support 99% of your home appliances.
This compact and versatile portable power station can store power for up to one year so you can be ready to power what you need quickly the next time the power goes out, or wherever and whenever you need electricity.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: In 2019, Geneverse founder Anson Liang experienced a four-day power outage caused by California’s wildfires. With a six-month-old baby at home, he experienced first-hand the stress of not being able to store or prepare food to feed his child while the power was out. That’s when he had the idea for creating a compact generator that could run on solar power, provide all the energy you’d need while being safe to use inside a home - and be safe for the environment.
The Geneverse and HUGE Design teams have been hard at work developing and designing the HomePower Pro series, tweaking and updating based on our customer’s experience and feedback. The Pro series made its debut at the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, Summer 2022.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Geneverse’s HomePower Pro series offers up to 2200 Watts of rated power output and up to 4400 Watts of surge power at 120 volts, which means it’s able to power 99% of your home appliances.
The Geneverse HomePower Pro Series uses ultra-high efficiency LFP batteries (Lithium Iron Phosphate), some of the most innovative batteries that have ever been made. They have a longer life span providing over 3000 charge cycles, zero maintenance, and they’re extremely safe, making them one of the best battery types you can buy. And they’re better for the environment, too.
The Pro Series includes 3 120 volt AC outlets, 2 100-Watt USB-C outputs, and 2 USB-A outputs that are certified by Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.
It’s also equipped with a Pure-Sine Wave inverter to regulate the energy output, so that it’s capable of producing cleaner, smoother, quieter, and more reliable electricity to operate common home appliances and electronics without interference.
Equipped with a bluetooth and WI-FI supported app that lets you check the status of your generator, control charging times and receive notifications if the battery level goes below 15%.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The HomePower Pro Series offers capacity that ranges from 1200 watt-hours to 2400-watt hours.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We want to make reliable, sustainable, and compact but powerful portable and affordable backup power options to everyone. The HomePower Pro Series is truly a game changer in the solar generator space. The modern design is suitable for every household and the compact size means that storage isn't an issue. The safety, reliability, and lifetime of the HomePower Pro Series-equipped LFP batteries are an exciting innovation and the ideal type of battery bank for the home in case of emergency or every day need.
In 2021 the U.S. experienced 20 separate billion-dollar weather and climate disasters, putting 2021 in second place for the most disasters in a calendar year. The record is 22 separate billion-dollar events, which occurred in 2020, making two consecutive years of record-breaking disasters.
The US experiences more power outages than any other developed country and there’s an increasing number of winter storms, wildfires, droughts, floods, tornadoes, and other emergencies and natural disasters that cause outages, a dangerous and pricey trend that many people aren’t prepared for.
So in anticipation of anything that will present more challenges to our normal way of life, Geneverse is excited to provide access to a new kind of energy independence that’s reliable, affordable, and sustainable.
With the ability to charge the HomePower Pro Series with Geneverse solar panels, it gives users energy independence and peace of mind in an emergency. The Pro Series can even be used to power devices while it's charging through solar - meaning uninterrupted use.
CHALLENGE: Energy independence is a hot topic. With everything going on in the world, rising energy prices, increasing storm activity, and global conflicts, the need for a reliable and affordable source of energy has never been discussed more. Backup power solutions need to be versatile, portable, and compact, with multiple ways to recharge.
As solar energy is one of the most efficient and sustainable power sources, Geneverse has created the most portable and dynamic means of harnessing solar power from home in a compact, portable package.
