| DESIGN NAME: The Memory of Poetry PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: Sometimes it changes magically into spiritually oriental origami, both rigidly and softly, with tenacity in softness, showing philosophical wisdom. The "Urban Art Museum" bears natural feelings and cultural heritage. It's a poem and painting on the long river of the times as well as an important participant in urban evolution.The design reflects the connotation of culture and works with national culture has great development potential. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Wuyi New District, Nanping City. The designer combines contemporary oriental art with the ladder-sequence shape of Wuyi tea mountains and Hakka enclosed dwellings, refines art installation elements, and uses modern skills, materials and technology to uncover the city heritage. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: As to this modern sales office nourished by humanities and nature, designers more prefer to define it as an "urban art museum", and also regards design as a tribute to the natural character of water and soil. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Designers allow the rounded curve to stretch in space, slowly flowing through every corner, eliminate boundaries and hide edges and corners through deformation and sequence reorganization. The penetrability of space comes from the free flow of wall, roof and ground, and the integration of cylinders and lines and planes. Therefore, the optimization of column size makes it large-span column-free space possible, and releases more column-free space. The soul of Wuyi lies in Jiuqu River, which is surrounded by mountains, flows through mountains with twists and turns, creating a harmony of the land. Hakka closed dwellings are surrounded by each other, bearing the warmth of the locality as well interpreting the spirit of harmony.
