| DESIGN NAME: Sunshine Plant Nature PRIMARY FUNCTION: Commercial INSPIRATION: The concealed storage room leverages the concept of a birdcage mesh to create a lighting effect and effectively raise the ceiling height. Through the light army green color and curved shapes, together with the white exterior wall and open terrace design, there is a deeper connection between the interior and exterior space of the room, which exquisitely exudes the characteristics and ambience of the enterprise. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project space is located on the first floor of the building which was formerly a shopping mall. The owner wanted the space to be infused with a Scandinavian flair, emphasizing the concept of natural and green design, while maintaining an open and airy feeling inside, and also allowing interaction with the approximately 100m2 outdoor terrace, allowing the owner to learn how to prepare fresh food for pets inside. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The property owner is very good at cooking, and this project is the third collaboration with the designer, and both parties have a track record of pleasant cooperation. In terms of project planning, it was decided not to follow the traditional cooking classroom design language. Instead, geometric symbols, green plants, and abundant sunlight fill every corner of the space, with an imagery approach that carefully considers the landscape environment. The whole room is not interpreted by set conventions, but attempts to keep the flow of visual perspectives to create a good spatial experience. Pets can rest and play around freely outdoors...The interior is well-lit, but as the restroom is set in the middle area, and the design employs circular bendable boards to create a bar table, which seamlessly becomes a part of the Teaching Area. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bendable boards, titanium plated metal, spc flooring, Italian special paint, system panels, terrazzo, steel parts, peg boards, silestone, lacquered glass. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is 132 square meter. TAGS: Scandinavian flair, Pets, Bar table, Teaching Area, Storage room RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The exterior of the building is encapsulated in white, which becomes the highlight landscape feature of the area. The entrance is designed in a pastel color scheme, and the green planting wall and solid wood materials reinforce the natural imagery desired by the owner. In the center of the room, the Teaching Area is expressed in the form of a large bar enclosed by bendable boards, and the Operating Area for 16 ovens is designed with imported Italian aggregates and embedded LED lights, while the shelves are designed with system panels for storage or display. CHALLENGE: At the same time, taking into account the planning of the open area, without the ceiling décor, the distribution of air conditioning ducts became the main issue. The designer emphasized: The coolness must be strong enough and the pipes and cabling must be well hidden. To address this problem, we used a curved shape to trim and conceal the air conditioning pipes and cabling in a radial manner. NAME: ANJU CO., LTD. PROFILE: At the same time of introducing abundant light, it is not only for ventilation and lighting, but also for dialogue with the environment. Through the boundary relationship between openness and medium, the space concept of "virtual" and "real" transformation is formed, trying to extend the occupants from the horizontal strip space. The contact between vision, space and life communicates with each other, reflecting the unpretentious naturalism. |
