| DESIGN NAME: Growth PRIMARY FUNCTION: Double Cap Thermal Insulation Cup INSPIRATION: Since its creation over a century ago, Thermos is committed to offering a warm and long lasting companionship for all. From ecological perspective, we hope the thermal insulation cup stay with children longer. So at the beginning of product design, we have considered all use scenarios after birth and put them into practice on our product to meet children's needs at different growth stages. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The warm and cold insulation ensures the comfortable warmth for babies while they drink milk from the cup, no matter it's in cold winter or hot summer. This cup has a dual cap design, which allows babies to drink in three ways: with straw, direct drinking, and with the small cap.This cup can be a nice company for children from birth to school. The 600ml capacity is enough for all day water drinking need of children. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Materials: The body of the bottle uses Austenite 316L stainless steel. The cap is made with food-grade polypropylene materials; the seal ring and rim and straw are all made with silicon. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 105mmx84mmx295mm TAGS: Dual-cap, Warm and Cold Insulation, Anti-microorganism Technique, 316L Stainless Steel Liner RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This Thermos vacuum cup has added antibacterial colorant with the certification of SIAA, which can effectively inhibit bacteria growth in a long period of time and minimize the impact of bacteria on human body. Inorganic silver agent antibacterial agent is used for sterilization and disinfection, ensuring safety, heat resistance and durability. This technology addressed consumers’ concern that the thermal insulation cup can’t be washed thoroughly and is easy to breed bacteria. CHALLENGE: Thermal insulation cups for older children are put forward with new shapes, design and color, extended use scenarios and longer life cycle. However, Thermos designers are not contented with the current design of thermal insulation cups for older children, they devote greater efforts to innovation despite its leading position in the market.
