| DESIGN NAME: Lan Yue PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: The project has the advantage of a high floor and view, so the design is based on 'preserving nature' and 'introducing the view'. The design team used partitions to integrate the outdoor scenery into the environment so the experience can enjoy the cozy and natural scenery. In addition to the requirements and aesthetics, the concept of a healthy building is introduced to the project to make the space maintain its high quality after a long time. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project brought the view of the mountains outside the window as the canvas to keep the interior clean and pure white. At the same time, the living fundamentals are designed to achieve the goal of 'clean design with precision'. The design team tailored the bedroom to each user's height in the private area, and even the cats have their own space. The public area is designed without screens to create a comfortable visual and physical experience. The concept of 'green building' in architectural design is introduced in the space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The most important things between the design team and the client are trust and professionalism. Only smooth communication between the two parties can produce a perfect achievement. The project is rigorously supervised at every phase and the client is given a full understanding of what the residence will look like. Through the professional analysis and aesthetic design from the design team, the actual space is more comfortable and spacious than what is described verbally or on paper. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Building materials, solid wood veneer, solid wood flooring, special paints, laminated glass, natural stone, DEKTON, mosaic tiles, green coatings, Chitin (to remove formaldehyde from wood boards), imported wall coverings, titanium-plated metal, Boeing film, moru glass, etc. Spanish DEKTON is used extensively. The characteristics of this material are zero porosity, high hardness (Mohs 7), and resistance to high temperature and acid, which means that dust, mold, and dirt in the air will not be hidden in it. It can also present the magnificence of stone but retains the advantages of long service life and ease to clean SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is on the 12th floor of a 10-year-old building with a total area of 304 square meters (including a storage space of about 89 square meters). The layout is composed of four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and one additional room. All the bedrooms are with bathrooms, and the kitchen is subdivided into a preparation area and a cooking area. As for the route, the public area and the large floor-to-ceiling windows can be viewed from the foyer. There is no partition in the space, and a glass sliding door is installed between the kitchen and the dining room. TAGS: Dekton, light color, large space, high floor, green building. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project has the advantage of a high floor and view, so the design is based on 'preserving nature' and 'introducing the view'. Eventually, the design team created the most comfortable design and the most secure space. The screen-free space blends with the light color palette, and the pure white Dekton flooring blends with the outdoor scenery. The endless mountain view is the most luxurious element, allowing people to enjoy exquisite daily life at any time. The design team has introduced the concept of green building into the interior design. CHALLENGE: The design team used wrapping and rounding to reduce the presence of beams and columns in the public area to prevent these large volumes from interfering with the integrity of the space. With the installation of indirect lighting, the living and dining rooms in the public area are separated to achieve an open plan.
