| DESIGN NAME: Dragon Boat Festival PRIMARY FUNCTION: Snack Gift Box INSPIRATION: The film and television programs and tourist attractions based on traditional culture are still the hot spots nowadays. And an ancient painting collected in the Palace Museum depicted the grand scene of the ancient Royal in Dragon Boat Festival, which conformed to the feature of the festival. It is the above two aspects give the inspiration that traditional culture and art should be understood and loved by more people and become the common part of the daily life rather than existed in museums. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a snack gift box for Chinese traditional festivals, it depicts the grand scene of the ancient royal celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival with traditional folk crafts woodcut prints combined with the ideas that travel through time and space, which is not only to express the festivity of the festival and show the artistic beauty of Chinese folk crafts, but also remind compatriots of a strong sense of love and inheritance of Chinese traditional festival culture, becoming the most worthy gift for holiday. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The packing box can be opened in opposite directions and exquisite scrolls of ancient royal celebrating the festival are depicted on two sides of it, presenting a vividly festival experience and the beauty of art that back to 300 years ago.There are six long boxes are placed on the upper and lower layers inside, which can be combined into a whole scroll or presented separately. It is like a dragon boat ready for set off while the long box is pulled out and unfolded, improving interesting interaction and promotion. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The gift box is made of industrial platemaking with the surface is of sky blue cloth. The details of the picture are outlined with golden lines while a golden three-dimensional metal plate is applied on the golden special paper at the middle of the box, which reflects the attributes of high-end, quality and culture of the gift.
