| DESIGN NAME: Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International PRIMARY FUNCTION: Exhibition Center INSPIRATION: Quoted in: "There are bridges and pines in the mountains, and there are dragons in the river" - "shijing, Zheng Feng, Fusu". Find the poetry from the poems, then we construct the design by combining the Sichuan style and regional design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan province, with sunshine all year round. Most of the residents are ethnic minorities. Regardless of the architectural appearance, the culture has its own unique side. The integration of local culture into the design makes the project have unique characteristics and temperament. The elegant Chinese elements of rattan and wood veneer are carefully stacked, conveying the feeling of ancient and elegant life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This exhibition center will be advertised on print media and urban digital media to attract more customers, as well as cooperate with the third parties. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 10th, 2020 in Yunnan and finished in April 30th, 2021. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Dongde Mining stone, TOTO sanitary, Keding wood veneer, Dongpeng tiles, CDN lighting SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project has two floors. The height of first floor is 6000MM and the second floor is 4500MM. TAGS: showroom, exhibition center, exhibits, commercial design, showflat RESEARCH ABSTRACT: It is a real estate sales exhibition center, the original building is a commercial building. CHALLENGE: The challenge is how to design the project to meet the usage needs and aesthetic standards of local customers? As a result, we did a lot of market research on local architectural features and humanistic features, and thinking deeply about the possibilities of the projects.
