INSPIRATION: The intelligent water resource dispatch system integrates water operations and information technology to improve water condition measurements, water forecasts, and intelligent dispatch capabilities.
Compared to the traditional water resource management system, the solution integrates emerging technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things, intelligent sensing, cloud, and big data to create a total-factor, all-dimension, and full-cycle water resource sensing and monitoring system.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Through an AI simulation and analysis model, the system enables forecasting, early warning, pre-event drills, and contingency planning for water security events.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Important data inputs are dynamically updated in real-time in the digital twin scenario, providing efficiency, ease of use, and an improved user experience.
Fully plan for risk event alarm, prediction, and early warning scenarios, and provide a variety of intelligent water resource dispatch solutions to assist users in daily dispatching management and efficient emergency response decision making.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the dispatch stage of water resource management, the solution utilizes monitoring data and prediction models to create a predictive warning indicator system related to water security events, which helps dispatchers preemptively avert risk.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The product mirrors and simulates the physical world through information technology and employs diverse 3D design methods to visualize information. The system fits the overall brand image of our AI product portfolio and considers government users’ use case scenarios and preferences.
CHALLENGE: The system digitally maps and intelligently simulates the entire water resource management process at the city level, based on the underlying spatio-temporal data, with an AI model and water knowledge as the drivers. It effectively supports risk assessment and early warning of water security events, allowing users to anticipate and prevent such events and improve disaster preparedness and mitigation.
Furthermore, through the centralized water management and scientific dispatching, it also improves the optimal allocation of water resources, water conservation and utilization, and the treatment and protection of large bodies of water.
