| DESIGN NAME: Gug Jiage PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional Oven INSPIRATION: In order to meet various cooking needs to get a big meal for the family in a short time, the idea of inventing an all-in-one stove system occured.The multifunctional oven makes the above needs come true easily. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is an integrated stove system, which combines multiple functions, including professional-grade hood, cooker, steamer, oven and sterilizer. It also has a large capacity steam oven of 70-liter. What's more, it features a seamless porcelain liner, which is hard-wearing and not easy to get oily and easy to clean. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The two displays independently show the status of steam, baking and stove. Touch buttons and rotary adjuster brings you a responsive cooking experience, which is simple and clear. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2020 in Zhejiang and finished in August 2021 in Shenzhen, and was exhibited in Canton Fair in July 2021. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The oven uses a strong thermal conductivity antioxidant heat pipe to cover the heating, no heating plate at the bottom, while the circulation fan is placed on top to achieve three-dimensional hot air circulation baking, consistent heat in the cavity to prevent uneven heating of food. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The dimensions are 900 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm. Smart home is the development direction of the Internet of things on the consumer side. The kitchen scene has many contacts, strong stickiness and low degree of intelligence. It is an important scene of smart home and the home scene that smart home users most expect to achieve intelligence. Consumers' acceptance and consumption capacity of intelligent outlet products are constantly improving. The sales of intelligent kitchen appliances accounted for 23.9% in 2019, and it is expected to increase to 41.2% in 2021. Relying on the Internet of things, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, the intelligent kitchen will unlock more application scenarios. At this stage, the realization of intelligent kitchen is mainly based on the preset program set on the device or cloud. As the technology of the real-time perception system for cooking conditions has not yet broken through, it is unable to remind the cooking process in real time, such as reminding to put more salt and turn down the fire. In the future, with the development of technology, it will be possible to realize an intelligent kitchen that truly meets the core needs of users.The intelligent functions and usage scenarios of new kitchen appliances such as intelligent steaming and baking machines are more integrated.In the future, enterprises in the field of intelligent kitchen will have at least two imaginative development directions, one is to build an intelligent kitchen ecosystem based on the extreme Internet of things, and the other is to build an integrated machine based on more scenarios and process planning. CHALLENGE: During the creative research, it is challengable for our design team to make the oven with both founction of steaming and baking, after trying thousands of material, we finally find out a strong thermal conductivity antioxidant heat pipe which can cover the heating, so that the key technical problems has been completely solve all by ourselves.
