| DESIGN NAME: Tianzhurunchen PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: The designer integrates this curved aesthetic into the space, utilizing the "stone" of the island as the creative origin, writing a narrative with the shape, deriving the scene, and stirring the infinite texture and imagination of the future space in the world of light and shadow with dark tension. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The building is in the shape of "jade", responding to and incorporating the city's past and present, with its distinctive regional culture as the base color, its long-range echo and inclusive attitude, between the earth color and the silence. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The construction area showed a gap in architectural scale, causing most of the shapes to require fine tuning and not achieving a more perfect presentation. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The walls are made of large uneven wood finishes plus texture paint, the floor is made of imitation stone tiles, and terrazzo is used locally for all kinds of sandboxes, household model bases, water bar, etc. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: A large number of wood finishes and a purely handmade reception desk restore the natural elements, in the bathroom area, dark gray art is selected to reflect the initial mud, and the curved staircase reaches the second floor where the light film shape on the top of the sandbox is seen, just as a beam of light from the sky shines directly on the sandbox. TAGS: uncut jade, encounter light, carve, inheritance RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The architecture is in the shape of "jade", integrating the aesthetics of curves into the space. It takes "stone" as the creative origin to derive the scene narrative, using light and shadow to stimulate the infinite texture and imagination of the future space. Interspersed with the cut for wall’s meanders and curves, it breaks the visual and dynamic limits, so that the space transitions naturally. Terrazzo, stainless steel, art paint and other simple materials are combined into a static and breathing scene. CHALLENGE: The most challenging issue was the large area and volume of handmade work required in a very limited time, uneven and curved wood veneer on the wall, unconventional reception desk, and curved partitions of about 4 meters with glass blocks.
