RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Though being a huge guitar enthusiast throughout the years I've never thought about designing one. This project demanded a deep research in various aspects of electric guitars in order to reach maximum comfortable playability, sound specifications, ergonomics and last but not least - manufacturability. From analyzing traditional shapes to studying contemporary trends in the guitar industry and spending countless hours to search for any kind of relevant information, the process took it's time. But due to the positive feedback from fellow musicians it was worth it.
CHALLENGE: The main challenge was to achieve an accurate balance between attractive futuristic shape and functional characteristics of the musical instruments, and finally get it build precisely according the concept.
