DESIGN NAME: Youthful Aesthetics
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cosmetology Centre
INSPIRATION: The intention of the design is to connect with youthful customers and enhance their comfy experience journey under their new youthful lady brand. By using materials like marble, velvet, wood, and champagne gold stainless steel with pink elements, the interior space is made to feel more sophisticated than a old school style clinical Cosmetology Centre.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A beauty aesthetics brand of mainly provides lady laser hair removal services. Due to celebrate the brand ten anniversary, the new service Centre was renovated in the same floor at World Trade Centre in Causeway Bay. The scope of the project was redesigned the Reception, Customer Service Consultation area in open space and Treatment rooms. Also, the design focuses on creating the interior ambiences in safety and comfort for ladies to enjoy their professional services.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The 158 meter square area has to accommodate the operation of the Cosmetology Centre. In fact, eight treatment rooms for ladies named 20Beauty. On the other hand, These divisions have their own reception, waiting area, consultation area, doctor consultation room and staff office.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Jun 2020 and the construction finished in Nov 2020 in Hong Kong

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Overall material choices were selected in pink, white and brass color tone to match with the brand image. Moreover, the highlight in the space, we designed an arched shape display for the skincare products and curved sofa seats with pink upholstery fabric. Also, we combined the white and pink wallpapers with subtle texture to highlight the contrast of the arched brass stainless steel frame and wall panel to create more brightness in the interior space.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: A rapid growth of lady beauty service brand, new flagship store at World Trade Centre Causeway Bay. In fact, Young Ladies aesthetic Centre in Hong Kong for a medical cosmetology services enterprise company group. The aesthetic Centre is located at Thirty five floors with urban city view located at landmark building. Moreover, the interiors are designed to reflect the brands and their high standards of service.
CHALLENGE: During the worldwide hard time of the business environment. In fact, the limited budgets for the construction and design fee are requested by the client, to fulfill their business and staff operational requirement, so that the design challenge has to balance the client visions in creativity, well execution and completion on time.
