| DESIGN NAME: PurPle Jade Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Landscape INSPIRATION: Combined with the innovation of contemporary architectural concepts and forms, the project harmoniously integrates the modern architectural forms with the beautiful natural landscape. Different styles of landscape are created: the hydrophilic style is light and transparent, the park adjacent style is rural and simple, there is also inward enclosed courtyard style, considering the openness of the building surface to the landscape and taking into account the privacy between house types. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purple Jade Villa is known as an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city, the Phase V is located at the source of the oasis and is the combination of natural dream and perfect life. Landscape design considers it as a model of urban villa returning to nature, and in terms of conception, combined with architectural appearance style, overall planning characteristics and customer group composition, outdoor landscape is defined as: realizing the natural return of high-end quality life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Make max use of existing conditions - courtyard space, public space and ecological landscape lake, take everything as starting point to provide owners with a high-quality living environment, introduce the natural landscape into every detail of community life, and show the Natural color - feel evergreen in four seasons; Natural fragrance - experience fragrance of plants; Natural form - examining the beauty of plant combination; Natural Sound - Listen to the murmur of water, birds and the forest. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Beijing, the design starts in 2010 and the completion year is 2021. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In addition to a large area of forest coverage, the villa also planted a large number of rare species of plants and trees, raised peacocks, cranes and other rare birds, and attracted a variety of wild birds to the villa for habitat. Living in the city but far away from the hustle and bustle, Purple Jade Villa enjoys a large area of natural landscape and exquisite carving effect. These rare high-quality qualities make the place a luxury residence with excellent reputation in the capital. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Four single villas enclose the water features of the tributaries of the lake in the base, creating a semi open and semi closed virtual and real space through abundant vegetation, and the ample area also allows the villa in the west to show a more changeable shape. The houses in the central rectangular land are divided into waterfront type and courtyard type, fully combine the natural waterscape and undulating terrain in the base to introduce the landscape to each household to the greatest extent TAGS: Residential Landscape, Houses, Purple Jade Villa, Peach Garden, People-oriented RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project is located at the northernmost end of the overall planning land, as the final work of Purple Jade Villa, it continues the theme of the first four phases - the Forest Park theme, while the architectural has been adjusted, which abandoned the traditional methods of classicism, and responded to the beautiful natural landscape with a concise and qualitative modern style. The project is divided into luxury houses and super luxury houses in terms of single volume. CHALLENGE: How to make the place a luxury residence with excellent reputation in the Capital City is the biggest challenge of the designers.
