| DESIGN NAME: Over PRIMARY FUNCTION: Modular System Furniture INSPIRATION: Over comes from the idea that the bathroom needs a systematic structure to live it with easiness, comfort and personality. The furniture system provides different solutions with components and top, mirrors, storage box and accessories. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Over is a systematic composition to live daily that space with comfort and personality. The system is designed to offer a large flexibility on the project with many solutions in the composition and with the integrated elements like tops, mirrors, drawers and accessories. Over is available in a wide range of colors and finishes to give expression to character the room. The Over system allows, with the sole supporting elements of the structure, create extremely flexible and light compositions. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Modular system furniture for bathroom. NAME: Nic PROFILE: Nic was founded less than twenty years ago when two entrepreneurs driven by a similar passion decided to join forces to give life to what would become a leader in the field of Made-in-Italy bathroom furniture. Stefano Morelli and Roberto Testalepre, two professionals who had previously gained recognition for their budding talent, founded the company in 2002. That same year, they won an international competition, bringing home the coveted Prize Design Plus at ISH in Frankfurt. This fundamental victory, which was to serve as the real springboard for the fledgling design studio, was linked to the Victoria shower tray's undeniable success. Like the flagship Victoria, the disruptive vision that characterizes Nic projects was apparent in their earliest creations. This vision translated into a real desire to put the brand's name on projects that could become genuine watersheds, especially in the bathroom furniture industry, which for many years was neglected by designers in favor of furnishings for other types of living spaces. |
