| DESIGN NAME: Frame PRIMARY FUNCTION: Umbrella Stand INSPIRATION: The inspiration was the house where the designer was invited to create a project of umbrella stand. It complimented the interior perfectly with its form, silhouette and material. The construction is simple and functional to put up and hang both large and small umbrellas. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The umbrella stand is made of brass tubes. It consists of the two tiers formed by two rings and verticals. In the upper part there are special hooks which you can hang small umbrellas on. The big ones can be hung on the top ring by the handle or placed at the bottom. There is a special free-standing metal bowl placed in the lower part. The water from the umbrellas drips off to a bowl that is easy to empty if needed. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was made in 2021 for private customer. Not previously exhibited. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Furniture Design |
