| DESIGN NAME: Xnex Sport Ev PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tire INSPIRATION: With the development of the age as well as science and technology, an increasing number of the clean and environmental-friend UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: XNEX SPORT EV is a revolutionary tire dedicated to electric vehicles, which strikes a balance among durability, noise dampening, energy conservation and maneuverability after optimization and innovation. In addition, the tire capitalizes on the latest technology of the integration of colored rubber and the tire to highlight and reinforce the patterns on the sidewall. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: XNEX SPORT EV adopts a revolutionary rubber formula that effectively reduces the rolling resistance and heat generation in driving, therefore largely enhancing the durability of the tire and the energy efficiency of the electric engine. Besides, the self-developed and optimized spacing and layout of the tread patterns ensure an even pressure distribution and a lower tire noise, therefore offers passengers a quieter ride. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was launched in March 3. The preliminary design was completed in September 9. The test was completed in December 2021. The further test and adjustment was completed in February 2022. XNEX SPORT EV will be available to the market in June 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 1. the noise dampening tread with a 5 plus 5 differentiated multi pitch configuration 2.deeper tire shoulders 3.colored sidewall technology, the integration of colored rubber with tires for colored sidewalls 4.a revolutionary rubber formula including the latest elastomer molecules, silane coupling agent and nano silica aerogel 5.advanced optional technologies, Silenteck customized soundn absorber Healteck explosion proof inner lining sealant SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 713mm x713mm x255mm TAGS: EV tires, high-performance, energy-saving and environmental friendly, innovative design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: On account of the technical constraints caused by these four performances, namely durability, energy efficiency, noise dampening and reactivity, the majority of EV tires fail to strike a balance among them, and are only capable of solving one or two difficulties above-mentioned. However, XNEX SPORT EV has broken through these restrictions through technical innovation and fulfilled optimal performance among these four aspects. Consequently, the performance ceiling of EVs has been markedly raised. CHALLENGE: Given the high dead weight, large torque and quick reactivity of EVs, the design team made efforts to break through the limitations of these three points and innovate the tire design, including two adjustments of the tread patterns, four formulas for comparison and experiments, and six schemes of sidewall patterns. All of these efforts have contributed edges to XNEX SPORT EV for its exceptionally balanced performance in the Ground Contact Efficiency (GCE) test.
