PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center
INSPIRATION: At current, many sales offices cater to appearanceattractiveness. While as for Baoding Aicheng Real Estate, we much more advocate a healthy lifestyle while guaranteeing stunning good looking. Furthermore, we explore function and sustainability to proved customers a healthy life in the future.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In this design, the designers combine VI system and LOGO of Baoding Aicheng Real Estate Group with their case to reveal the enterprise brand image on the one hand, and build a colorful and dynamic life attitude on the other. To be specific, we aim to build a theme-based immersive space to reveal the enterprise philosophy, and cater to customer's demand for practicability while advocating a healthy sports lifestyle.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The floor is decorated with glass tiles instead of marble, reducing the environmental damage that brought by the exploitation of natural stone, and decreasing radiation. In this project, we aim to influence the rhythm of world life with the philosophy of health, environmental protection and recycling.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 2009 in Changshu and finished in April 2010 in Changshu.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: As for the design of wall, we also strive to make it simple. We use recyclable plasterboard and coat the wall with white environmental latex paint to make sure that there's no any irritating smell. The black mirror steel on the top elevates the visual space while increasing the overall brightness, thus reducing various lighting arrangements, saving costs and reducing power consumption. Steel products can be recycled in the future.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 1200 square meters.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Entering into the sales office, we notice that a colorful runway came into sight, which looks like a rainbow extending to each and every area of the sales office and connects every space. Meanwhile, the colorful runway could guide customers to different experience areas as an active line of the marketing space.
CHALLENGE: The shared space is more of a immersive space while maintaining sales function. The stair to the second sample area is also decorated into a runway, connecting with the runway in the first floor, setting off the sports theme.
