| DESIGN NAME: K Proud PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: An office is not only a place to work, but also a place where the staff can work comfortably and efficiently, and this space is a seamless combination of work and play. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The atmosphere is reminiscent of the American West Coast. The color scheme is based on white and bright blue, with wood grain accents. An office is not only a place to work, but also a place where the staff can work comfortably and efficiently, and this space is a seamless combination of work and play. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The space is not partitioned by walls between the staff desk workspace, meeting space, and client business meeting space, but is all continuous and connected. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The materials used throughout are reminiscent of beach houses on the West Coast of the United States. Ceiling: Concrete , Wooden board , Wooden louver / Walls: Painted wood planks , Painted brick / Floor: Wooden flooring , Tile SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project area : 95 sqm Category : office TAGS: interior design , office , showroom , Shunsuke Ohe , LUSTYdesign Inc. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The space is not only an office, but also a showroom and business meeting space, and is also a public space that is frequently visited by customers. The space is planned to be clearly separated from the rest of the building, while at the same time being a separate space. A continuous space that is not partitioned by walls and has three elements: office, showroom, and business meeting space. CHALLENGE: The office, showroom, and business meeting spaces are not partitioned by walls, but are seamlessly connected to each other. This creates a sense of unity in the space and makes it feel spacious despite the limited space.
