| DESIGN NAME: Jackery-LightCycle S1 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Outdoor Power Supply INSPIRATION: Traditional outdoor power supply is inconvenient to carry. The tyre shaped design of Light Cycle S1 allows users to move it easily by pulling the handle, and this design also avoids the homogenous competition of product shapes. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Light Cycle S1’s unique tyre design enables users to move the device on foot easily, which perfectly solves the problem of moving the large capacity energy storage device. The device featuring high power and high capacity can adapt to 99% of the electrical appliances on the market and provide them with long battery life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: During the process of moving the device, the kinetic energy generated by the rotation of the body is converted into electric energy by the built-in generator system and stored in the battery pack, bringing a steady green energy supply to outdoor travel. The rotary shield on both sides of the device can protect the input and output terminal to enhance the safety of electricity use. The foldable handle ensures product stability and offers easy storage. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2022 in Shenzhen and finished in 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The surface of the tyre-like body is made from rubber and composite materials such as carbon black, which are wear-resistant and shock-proof. The solid tyre design enables a lower deformation rate and a stronger heat dissipation and makes the product better adapt to different working environments, thereby to improve the safety performance and extend the lifespan of the device.
