| DESIGN NAME: Future Headquarters Community PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office and Residence INSPIRATION: This work is inspired by the integration of modern city impression and local culture of World Heritage.The spatial frame of high-rise buildings surrounding the Central Park , is an analog of mountains surrounding the West Lake. The water flow connecting core public spaces，is a metaphor of wave of China Grand Canal. The city and landscape are integrated, as if working and living in the park or on the waterfront. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hangzhou is a leading city in China's digital economy. After 20 years of development, CBD needs new space to attract enterprises and talents. This project is the first headquarters community in Zhejiang Province, with an open and inclusive industrial ecology to attract both leading enterprises and start-ups for common development and communication; Vertical multi-level public space with high-quality landscape links buildings and enhances the interaction between people, stimulates innovation vitality. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 2019, and turned into architecture design period. It is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province,China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: CBD, Digital Economy, Headquarters Business System, Innovative Talents, Innovative Parks, Urban Design, Whole Process Consulting RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This project is located in The CBD area of Hangzhou.Through intelligent big data analysis and research on the surrounding areas of the main city center,also the development rules of the global headquarters and the ratio of industrial residential functions,we clarified the development direction of the innovation headquarters community.Also,lands CHALLENGE: Talent people pursue high-quality space, headquarters enterprises want to develop industrial ecology, the government wants to improve the image of the city, and executors want to improve the value of land. This design project meets different needs of all parties, and ensures the overall implementation through urban design guidelines and whole-process consultation under the condition of huge initial investment.
