| DESIGN NAME: Du Conference PRIMARY FUNCTION: Intelligent Doorplate INSPIRATION: The meeting space is exposed to complex problems such as reservation, equipment and environment. The key to creating friendly environment rests in ensuring the privacy of meeting information as well as the good, intelligent and convenient use of the space. The intelligent meeting space is established based on transparent space use, intuitive information and friendly environment. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The revolution of the Internet of Things has driven the change of office environment. As the early spatial planning of the enterprise gradually fails to meet the actual demand, a lot of space has been wasted. This product focus on establishing intelligent meeting rooms, create friendly information space and environment perception by means of the intelligent doorplate system, and thus guarantee employees’ sense of belonging and happiness. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Adopt intelligent one-click operation, and apply face recognition and QR code technology. Timely information circulation is realized, which directly affects the occupation of the meeting space backstage; the intelligent doorplate reveals the space status through color changes; and the environmental equipment timely displays the environmental scheme of the period and offers a comfortable meeting environment. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The intelligent system provides real-time data and environment monitoring. By synchronizing information at the smartphone, tablet and computer, it establishes an integrated framework that covers multiple scenarios of meeting space use. The functional demands outside the meeting room are satisfied by the touch screen and front camera, and the color information transfer in actual scenes is highlighted by the side light bar. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The product attaches great importance to the fast identification and use in real scenes. The touch screen with a resolution of 1080P or above and a size between 10 and 11 inch is demanded. The 5 megapixel front camera is equipped, and light bars at both sides are available. TAGS: User experience (UX), Intelligent space, Intelligent doorplate, Face recognition, Body detection RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Human-computer interaction and soft-hard integration of space devices are very important. Ambient sensors are first mounted to improve the collection of environmental data, and we can understand users’ demands based on their using behavior and data measurement. Then, the system is established in the whole enterprise, laying the foundation for user experience improvement. CHALLENGE: The difficulties in intelligent system construction lie in the timely circulation of space information and the accurate positioning of the human body. To achieve diversity and inclusiveness of the intelligent space, we improve the integration of environmental data and interaction experience by covering real scenes, to develop all-round intelligent meeting space.
