| DESIGN NAME: Customized Meeting Assistant PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interface INSPIRATION: As affected by company cost, personal factors of employees and the spread of the pandemic, over 800 million employees choose telecommuting online. Online office considerably improves staff flexibility in work, but significantly reduces emotional communication among employees and office efficiency. This problem will be systematically solved by this product based on AI technologies. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Combining multiple AI technologies，deep learning, NLP, big data analysis, etc. this product uniquely takes the initiative to provide employees with multiple services, regular care, dialogue and communication, available time query, meeting minutes and work follow up. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Every employee can customize the image of personal assistant. This assistant takes the initiative to conduct emotional exchanges on behalf of the employee, keeps learning and thinks like a person. It serves multiple meeting scenarios, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks including elementary conversation, query of available time and intelligent meeting minutes. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project was started in Beijing, China in July 2021, and completed and launched in Beijing in February 2022. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Create a more realistic image by means of PTA、speech recognition、NLP based on AI technologies, which conveys emotions of users more effectively; and enable more intelligent proactive behaviors of the product through big data analysis、 semantic comprehension, which are adapted to the behavioral and cognitive pattern of employees. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Universally applicable to all models including Android, iOS, MacOS and Windows and all sizes TAGS: Assistant,meeting,ro RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With the development of the global economy as well as the spread of the pandemic, online office has become the focus of many companies, as it greatly reduces emotional exchange and efficiency. Based on AI technologies, this product provides the user specific assistant image. Aiming to serve the meeting scenario, it promotes emotional exchange of employees, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks, thus to effectively lower the cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. CHALLENGE: This product effectively solves the emotional indifference among employees and reduction of office efficiency caused by telecommuting, lowers operating cost of the company, and mitigates traffic jams and air pollution. Meanwhile, it also reduces personal contact during the pandemic and therefore prevents the spread of the pandemic.
