RESEARCH ABSTRACT: RH Design Group has been done a research on the behavior of ACG culture and Otaku (a person who has interests particularly in the fields of anime and manga). These two groups have similar desire, where imaginations could be able to become real. Besides, based of their point of view, stepping into the real world regardless of the facts is a liberation. Its design narrative allures one into celebrating their unique persona. The main reasons why we use the narrative design method.
CHALLENGE: Using the narrative design method, it is necessary to reach a consensus on Contextual Marketing with the owner. By this way, we know how to help consumers achieving their goals in the moment. Furthermore, with the understanding of the age range, gender, and internet, it could helps us to create a scene to be experienced – whereas to make the experience behavior have a positive meaning and no longer as a devalued subculture. Therefore we could achieved E-Muse's brand goals.
