| DESIGN NAME: Smart Breath Down PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ski Jacket INSPIRATION: The design of this ski down jacket is inspired by making ski down jacket suitable for skiing and everyday wear. By improving the internal circulation of down garment, the balance of heat and moisture can be quickly reached when the exercise intensity is changed, thus to achieve daily insulation as well as discharge of sweat and heat during exercise. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Based on the distribution of human sweat and heat, combined with aerodynamics, as well as high-tech materials and special structural design, we have innovated the smart breath system. During physical exercises, the hot and humid air is gathered and distributed to the specific heat dissipation area through the airflow channels. At the same time, the external adjustable channels allow the cold air to enter the inside, thereby forming an air circulation in the clothes. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: During physical exercise, unzip the zippers on the chest and both sides to speed up the discharge of sweat and heat, and provide more spaces for the exercise. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: During exercise, the main heating area of human body is on the upper back and along the spine, while the sweating area is on the upper back, along the spine and under the armpits. By combining ergonomics and aerodynamics, we developed an efficient dynamic air circulation system. Through special structural design and material combination, the air channel and temperature difference are used to gather and discharge the hot and humid air to specific heat dissipation area. Through the special structural design, the entry channel of external cold air is added, and air kinetic energy is introduced at the same time to promote air circulation on the body surface. Solution: In terms of insulation, the heating material is used as one of the linings to ensure the insulation performance during cold weathers. The core fabric is Schoeller® AerobranceTM, which can quickly cool down and is highly breathable, waterproof. Through the combination of special structure and functional materials, the hot air on the body surface can be gathered and exported. The inflow and diffusion of cold air, and the moisture management help quickly achieve the balance of heat and moisture of relative static exercise, moderate-intensity exercise, and high-intensity exercise.
