This project shows the ultimate pursuit of both comfort and quality of life with a tailor-made and thoughtful design that reinterprets the home. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design team has thoughtfully planned the public area in a residential space that is also a private club. Not only tailored the area to the preferences of the male and female clients, but also added many functionalities. For example, the small sideboard in the meeting area is used as a storage space, and the light design echoes the theme of (Sunlight Sprinkles). Moreover, the mini-bar in the center island is equipped with a small wine cooler, and the stackable leather chairs are from Denmark. Finally, the open plan of the public area allows guests to move freely around the space.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is a new house on the sixth floor, with a documented area of 350.6 square meters and an actual area of 182.4 square meters. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a meeting area, showing the functional space of both residential and meeting. The design team selected thin bricks, wood, and metal as materials. For example, the female client meeting area and dressing table have shining elements, such as Hermes crystal lamps, round mirrors with touch lights, and a center island as a banquet area, while the chairs are made of imported Danish leather chairs.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As if living in a cloud, the design team uses white and rounded elements with soft curtains and thin tiles to create a light and floating sense of air. The curved edges of the ceiling and the arc-shaped lighting enhance the atmosphere of the space, and the planning of the layout allows natural light to scatter into the room. Back to the essence of the design, the meeting area at the foyer is a place for the female client to talk, while the high-quality audio equipment in the living room is the male client's pursuit of quality of life.
CHALLENGE: To create a light and airy atmosphere in the room, the design team especially focuses on hidden wires. The design team used metal cladding to extend along with the window frame to the ceiling, hiding the wires inside the aluminum window frame, leaving only a TV on the wall visually. Furthermore, the wall behind the sofa is equipped with a press-on design for the future maintenance and convenience of the B&O wall-mounted audio system. Also, between the walls is a cabinet, and the sliding door is made with a concave and convex shape to eliminate abruptness.
