| DESIGN NAME: Cilan PRIMARY FUNCTION: Various Electrical Appliances INSPIRATION: The design is inspired by the star world, that is, the universe. The main part of the cabinet is characterized by its rounded shape and the vertical wave pattern on the door panel. These elements subtly express the concept of "moon" and "ocean".Th UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The built-in refrigerator, steam oven and other electrical appliances are perfectly integrated into the high cabinets, making it beautiful and practical. The high cabinet is also designed with a pull-down basket, which perfectly solves the problem of getting objects from high places. Versatile kitchen organizers such as rice storage box, bowl basket, fruit and vegetable organizer in the cabinet classify the storage system in detail. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: User can easily get food from the built-in refrigerator in the high cabinet and then use built-in appliances such as steam oven to cook. The entire cabinet has multiple multi-functional storage organizers, which classifies the storage system and ensures easier use next time. The split-level bar counter is combined with the washing area. Customer can make salad, dishes, drink, or entertain friends here, so that the kitchen becomes a place for entertainment and socialization. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The cabinet body adopts "antibacterial solid wood particle board", which meets the antibacterial and antifungal performance index specified in "Antibacterial and Mildewproof Wooden Board for Decoration" (JC/T 2039-2010). Under specific test conditions, the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538P) and Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739) exceeds 99.99%. The paint process of three bottoms and two sides achieves the best leveling, cleanliness, fullness and saturation of the paint material. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Cilan cabinet adopts the popular color scheme of red and white, which is vibrant and fashionable. The arc door design of the high cabinet perfectly presents a 3D visual effect while echoing the position of the kitchen island. We set strict standards for research and development, testing, inspection, and mass production throughout the R&D process. At the beginning of research and development, we interviewed users, agents, etc. to analyze market demand from multiple dimensions, analyzed the existing product system from the perspectives of different product layouts, different colors and textures, etc. to find out products that follows the market trends and the demand changes of customers. In the process of product research and development, a large number of product verifications are carried out. The appearance design is adjusted through continuous renderings and one-to-one restorations and proofing of the real object. The optimization of layout and processes not only ensured an excellent appearance, but also verified the stability of the product structure and process during mass production, thus to provide the best product experience to customers. CHALLENGE: 1. Is the production process of irregular wave plate in the form of groove or flat plate plus embossed plate? It needs to ensure the aesthetics of the product and the deformation and burst resistance of the door panel, and also makes the product cost-effective. Solution: Using the form of 18mm flat plate plus 5mm embossed plate: The 18mm plate as the base ensure the anti-deformation performance. Compared with the direct use of 23mm grooved plate, it is more cost-effective. 2. The production process of the arc door panel: The arc requires using mold to make the shape, so that the production has certain limitations. Solution: Choosing the base material that can be pressed in arc—MDF; On the principle of using less molds and reducing production cost, we carefully selected the arc of R300, which not only ensures the three-dimensional sense of the product, but also ensures its high quality.
