| DESIGN NAME: The Story Begins PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: Inspiration comes from within the strong chemistry with the client's courage who desire a space that speaks tranquility and yet providing him with surprising elements. Not to miss, the bold explorative mindset from our team of interior designers. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Transforming a twenty eight years old unit to this uniquely designed home. At the heart of each space is personalised design work, with idea that was practically and aesthetically shaped. A total remodel process to put together what matters most, suiting the client’s ideals. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It all started with the Client's contact, with our team communicating ideas that will bring the whole vision to life. The building and remodelling process give the space a new identity, which deemed suitable to the Client's character, he who is an explorer, with boldness and curiosity. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in November 2021 and completed in February 2022, whole process took place in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bold exploration on design identity that shouts and dare to be different especially in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Aesthetic, minimalist, contemporary, independent, modern, unique RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Ideas that are innovative in the aspect of holisticnes, fulfilling the space with aesthetically and practicality, balancing the best of both world. CHALLENGE: The whole remodelling from the existing unit aged 28 years old that comes with exposed beam, low ceiling, impractical structure and unfavourable condition, and to transform it into a total brand new liveable space. With specialisation span across the residential and commercial world. Interior design is capable to strike the balance of both axis. One is to enhance the quality and aesthetic of the space, and another is to fulfill the practical everyday-needs for the user. The aim is to provide everyone with a hassle-free ideal-space crafting journey.
