| DESIGN NAME: Strings PRIMARY FUNCTION: Leisure Chair INSPIRATION: The design inspiration is based on the strings, and the metal wire is selected as the raw material, and the shape is polished to make it more suitable for the sitting posture of the human body and more comfortable to use. Together, there is a beginning and an end. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the name suggests, the string-shaped steel tube and the ring-shaped outer contour finally meet to achieve visual and auditory synesthesia. The furniture brings visual and tactile enjoyment to people, and at the same time, there seems to be a melody flowing in the heart.White steel is used as the main material of the product, and the metal pipe is bent and combined to make this product in a smooth shape. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It is suitable for leisure and entertainment. It can sit with feet hanging or knees bent. It is a suitable choice for reading, drinking tea or rest and play. In addition, the material of the product is 304 white steel, which is hard and corrosion-resistant, simple and light, low-key and shiny color. It is also the first choice for outdoor leisure. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design had started in Shenyang in March 2021, completed in Shenyang in June 2021, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2021. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The material is mainly made of metal wire, which is environmentally friendly and suitable for bending processing. Compared with 201 white steel, 304 white steel has stronger corrosion resistance and is undoubtedly the first choice for outdoor use. The process of making the material is relatively simple. It is composed of blanking, bending, firing, stretching, springback, welding, polishing and so on.
