| DESIGN NAME: Hella PRIMARY FUNCTION: Modern Home Space INSPIRATION: Hella space adopts simple design elements; the materials are integrated with continuous geometric patterns and natural textures; It uses concise lines to extend the vertical vision of the space. The design without complicate decorations and conscious carving has a natural elegance, which reflects the harmonious coexistence of human and nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In order to meet the individual needs of customers, this space design boldly uses the different color processing of the back panel, and the vibrant patterns gives the design liveliness. At the same time, the overall design adopts high-quality decorative panels with good textures. The golden luster with pearl-like delicate luster highlights the artistic atmosphere of fashion and coolness. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Hella is designed from the perspective of space layout, different colors and textures, and based on the overall tone, metal handles are added to build up a diverse atmosphere to the tough modern style. Among them, the handles are perfectly integrated with the door panels, giving people a sense of security and comfort. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The whole home space adopts the silk art texture, which gives the space multi-perspective color changes, and the gorgeous colors blend naturally, creating ever-changing layers and textures. The door panel uses melamine board with zero-formaldehyde, antibacterial finish. The matched metal handles are integrated with the door panel. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Hella home space uses silk art texture to embody the characteristics of multi-perspective color change of traditional materials, and at the same time, the space is integrated with modern, fashionable elements and brushed surface. The simple color design provides occupants with a distinct and layered environment. The design also uses animal patterns and colors to embellish the space, making it dynamic and layering. Research methods: Multi-dimensional analysis of market demand by interviewing customers, agents, etc.; analyzing the existing product system; and combining with market trends to find products that are more in line with current market needs; Research result: In the process of product research and development, a large number of product verifications has been carried out. The appearance design has been adjusted through continuous renderings and one-to-one restoration and proofing of the real object, thus to optimize the layout and process of the product. This can not only ensure the appearance of the product, but also can verify the stability of the product structure and process during mass production, and in the end to provide users with the best product experience. CHALLENGE: How to ensure the safety of the house is also an important part in the design. In the whole design of Hella, the handle is well integrated with the door panel. The design without prominent exposed handles effectively avoids bumps. At the same time, in order to realize size customization, the cut handle adopts the process of plugging at both ends, which eliminates oxidation of the cutting section, thereby effectively saving the process cost.
