| DESIGN NAME: Toyika Xinzhuang PRIMARY FUNCTION: Japanese Yoshoku Restaurant INSPIRATION: Modern people tend to focus too much on social networking sites and online media, while ignoring the time spent with family members around them. The designer conveys the precious sense of family gathering time here, and lays out the entire dining space with the concept of family. When customers come to this space, they seem to feel the sense of freedom and leisure from the family. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In this space, the designer creates a warm feeling like returning home. The use of penetrating seating partitions allows people to find a corner that suits them while maintaining a sense of open space for communicating with people. The designer hopes to create a free space in this western restaurant where people can naturally put down their mobile phones and turn to face-to-face physical communication. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Expecting that people in the city experience the comfort of home in the space. The designer sets up the various forms of dining spaces are set up in the space, which can meet the number of different types of customers and the urgent gathering type. Examples include landscape seating for couples on a date, warm sofa corners for small family gatherings, or private spaces for group gatherings. All different types of groups can find their own corner and enjoy the beautiful moments together. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the interior space design, the designer captured the elements of various childhood games, transformed and designed them in the entire dining space. The entrance leads people into a warm space like a family with the moving lines of the grid jumping game. Guided by behavior patterns, it makes people recall childhood, and then makes people enter a state of relaxation in more five senses, and gradually recall the carefree and uninteresting childhood time in the past. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 450 square meter , 2F TAGS: Japanese Yoshoku Restaurant, Taiwan , Xinzhuang, New Taipei City RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The partitions are divided by various forms of dining spaces, presenting various warm corners of the home. However, each dining area is still penetrating through the shape of a transparent iron frame grille, creating an emotional connection between family members, although they are in different corners of the home. The designer hopes to create a sense of familiarity that can make customers feel at home in a commercial space with rapid flow of people, and then focus on the warm moment of having dinner with a loved one. CHALLENGE: In the past, the operation of this chain western restaurant used a darker tone of classical Japanese style. The designer hopes to break the impression of a sense of distance in the western restaurant, and inject the space into a childlike and lively fresh atmosphere.This western restaurant provides a place where people can easily enjoy the happy time. It enables most people to enjoy the ritual sense of western food in a simple and comfortable way. Encourage people to live in a busy life and leave a period of time for the family around them.
