PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Sales Center
INSPIRATION:
The team used ingenious design techniques to integrate the forms of classical architecture, the style of Italian culture, and the charm of a century-old city. Step by step, as if people were being led under the Tuscan sun, groups of arched shapes were put into the building, giving it a unique artistic vibe. Visitors will revel in the spaciousness and openness.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Once one passes under the arch, he would feel entering another century. The building perfectly achieves a harmony between architecture and space. Throughout the entire space, the interior and exterior designs resonate with each other, and the arcs on the walls help the whole style of this space feel gentle, even soft. Entering the reception hall, one can immediately feel the order of the space as well as the fluidity.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
With the use of the strong avant-garde red color and slightly sophisticated brown color, the building space defies the materials' lifeless and cold nature to convey warmth throughout the space. The style of the arcs, the use of light and shadow follow an architectural language of being a unified whole, while in the meantime lead to an altogether more pioneering stage.The light strip above the sand table hovers lightly within the space. The running shape of the light strip recalls and inspires the flow of architecture's poetic nature by clearly communicating the flow of the space until only architecture's true nature shines through, showed off thoroughly in pursuit of a truly elegant space.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
In the sofa area, the brick-red sofa echoes the tone of the wall, decorating the space nicely, and the same arched floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the rhythm of the space as well as the connection to the outdoor scenery. Retaining its sense of high-quality textures, the space is also full of innovation and a sense of future.The bar counter continues the overall fashionable retro style, with a neat and synchronized layout, while different materials bring different colors and texture changes and the right orange lighting brings a sense of elegance and luxury to the guests.The circular-shaped bar counter echoes the arched circular hole in the ceiling. The circle is both the starting and the ending point. The reoccurrence of circular elements in the space is a way to closely connect everything in the building, like ripples in the water, while conveying the design's unique artistic sense.
