PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: According to the construction rules based on the local climate, the design process is not limited to the form, volume, and scale of traditional buildings. The design reorganized the relationship between the building and the courtyard, sorted out the movement path, considered its functions according to the new definition of space, and used flexible modern methods to enrich the architectural and spatial levels. The main materials include gray granite, floor tiles, texture paint, ancient wood, etc.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: With a total area of 22528 square meters, the entire sales area was set within the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe and bistro. The changing scenery of the four seasons outdoors made the village a natural existence in Chinese ink painting, attracting countless painters, photographers, and tourists to come to collect the scenery and go on vacation.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The real ancient village has been baptized by wind and rain for hundreds of years, and it has become full of traces of time and profound history. The new and the old, the present and the history, should be more naturally integrated, rather than copying traditions.
CHALLENGE: The Ma Tau walls are stacked layer by layer to form an array, reproducing the hui-style holiday tone with modern methods. There is no need to choose a special shooting angle here because a relaxing Chinese painting can be formed from any window in the room.
