DESIGN NAME: List of Innovation Seeds
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Digital Interactive Platform
INSPIRATION: COVID-19 has brought mankind fear and has fundamentally destroyed the preconceptions of the world. But on the positive side, it has changed the perspective and left people with seeds of ideas for a better life in the future. But what can we do to make sure that we don't forget the ideas we've had as the immediate problems come to an end?
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our experience with COVID-19 has given mankind the seeds of innovation in many areas that will change the perspective and help us live better in the future from a positive point of view. Before the Seeds are forgotten as the issue is resolved, a list of concepts and ideas has been developed for future research, available online to all, by a cross-disciplinary collaboration of designers, scientists, and others.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: As a digital interactive platform, two types of UX design were implemented to make it easier to search by level of understanding of science and technology. The first is the "Mind Map", a logical search, which allows users to logically find ideas by concept from the academic disciplines linked to the various laboratories. Another is the "Illustration Overview", where you can search using visual language, and even if you don't have a lot of expertise in science and technology, you can find ideas that interest you through illustrations.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This interactive digital platform will be launched in Tokyo, Japan in April 2021 and will be accessible worldwide. It will be open to the public for a minimum of three years. (It will be extended wherever possible).
