DESIGN NAME: J16 Smart
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multi Purpose Barcode Scanner
INSPIRATION: J16 Smart is inspired by fighter jets. The appearance is interspersed with blocks and sides and cut-surface to reflect the potential energy and speed and show the ultimate efficiency of the scanner. The black streamlined shell is dotted with turquoise green, which brings a hint of liveliness in elegance and stability.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The self-developed PSSA/MSSA remote management software allows one-button setting of the scanner; with exclusive Soc NPU acceleration technology, its decoding speed can reach 20 times per second; with self-developed multi-spectral technology, the fill light can intelligently recognize the current environment and automatically change colors to improve recognition accuracy.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarized light solution solve the scanning problems of overexposure, ghosting, etc. caused by broken, blurred, and reflective barcodes, thereby improve the recognition speed. The 1.5-inch HD touchscreen supports fast startup. J16 Smart supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection and direct connection to AP or PC via Wi-Fi, so that data transmission can be done without the base.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2021 in Shenzhen and finished in September 2021 in Shenzhen.

Its self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarized light solution solve the scanning problems of overexposure, ghosting, etc. caused by broken, blurred, and reflective barcodes, thereby improve the recognition speed. The product body is made of high-strength engineering plastics with the two-color injection molding process.

We use a new generation of SmartLight3.0 decoding algorithm to train and calibrate J16 Smart hundreds of thousands of times. With self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarization scheme, it can automatically adapt to various environments and quickly recognize different barcodes. It is also able to learn and upgrade independently.
