| DESIGN NAME: Hui International PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hotel Apartment INSPIRATION: The design takes "the life trajectory of urban elites" as a clue, and puts forward the design concept of "elite life", and refines the three design keywords of "gentleman, exquisiteness, and nature", and superimposes natural genes and Shanghai style elements to construct more suitable for the times. Living space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Maple International Executive Apartment is located in Shekou, Shenzhen. It is a high-end serviced apartment brand developed by Maple Real Estate. One of the landmarks of an international city. How to build an international life scene? The superimposition and integration of the unique natural coastline landscape in western Shenzhen with the futuristic living experience is the starting point of Huayi's design thinking. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Through vivid coloring techniques, the designer strengthens the interaction and fusion of the object-image landscape and the mind-inspiring officer, slowly unfolding an "expected horizon" higher than life. High-grade gray, white and partially embellished orange and purple. In the confrontation between light and dark, the dynamic and static interactions, creating beauty in the dark, enriching the level of emotional experience of space users, activating the temperature and emotional interaction of the space, creating a kind of color and emotion The ideal life blueprint of resonance. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The space is laid out with the alternate arrangement of blue sands and retro copper, and the overall shape adopts the expression of large blocks of architecture, which is clean and tidy. The freehand winding lines on the marble surface, like flowing sea ripples, bring a romantic atmosphere from the ocean, echoing the continuation of the unique coastline city memory of Shekou, Shenzhen.
