| DESIGN NAME: Br Design Center PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop, a creative workshop integrating home culture, creative industries, smart technology, and environmental protection, draws on the design concepts and expression language of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly organic building A large number of pipes such as water, electricity and fire fighting facilities are exposed on the facade wall, presenting a unique and strong LOFT industrial style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Through the later ingenious design, reflecting the moving details full of industry characteristics and humanistic feelings. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system". PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design keeps as much as possible the industrial symbols and elements in the existing buildings, maximizes the recycling of building materials, and pays attention to the energy consumption and energy conservation and environmental protection technology of the building in the future use. In the building roof of this case, a solar photovoltaic system of more than 800 square meters was designed and installed. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The building skin is made of a double-layer grid structure, using a mesh metal mesh structure to filter excess light while ensuring natural lighting and ventilation, forming an effective sunshade system and increasing indoor energy consumption. The Google-style office environment and freehand creative space not only provide Chuanmei students with a broad design internship platform, but also create a mature exchange and creative space for local home improvement designers in Chongqing.
