| DESIGN NAME: Land of Memory PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: In this new era, people have gradually broken free from the shackles of the material world and the physical body, and have realized the interconnection between the spiritual world and the real society in the parallel universe. The great enrichment of spiritual life, the intersection of art and technology, and the frequent discoveries of space exploration have gradually influenced people's aesthetics - cosmic elements have become the face of fashion and mainstream. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With the theme of "Star Search", the sales office of Gloria Luoyang Center is themed on the cosmic realm of searching for the land of memory, and adheres to the design principle of "less is more" to create an international aesthetic space that integrates local culture. The interior design focuses on the quality and spiritual needs of the clients. When clients come to this place, they can look at the stars, look up at the sky and touch the stars, and although they feel small. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: After the contract is signed, the construction drawings are started, the design program book is carried out at the same time, after that the soft/hard furnishing program, if necessary, the collection list and effect drawings are produced, and finally the previous content is integrated and transferred to Party A. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The waterfall pattern perforated aluminum plate visualization is presented like a river of stars pouring down, forming an information flow from the surface of the revolving staircase in the vestibule to be updated and passed upwards in a circle to the vestibule on the second floor, full of a flowing avant-garde technology sense. The LED lights on the two-color translucent stone countertop with perforated aluminum panels create a scene of thousands of stars. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The meteorite "crashed into" the wall with the wall light source, becoming a unique landscape in the space of the negotiation area. Under the lunar light, the navigator in the space suit "comes out" and reads out the space roaming guide to the passengers. The wall meteorite installation art comes from sculptor Hodges, who chose an eye-catching metallic color palette and stainless steel. The rock design references the interstellar fantasy, injecting a touch of warmth into the cold stone. A truly valuable design is one that coexists in harmony with architecture, landscape, interior, art, and people's experience in it, sublimating iterations. Life is unique, today's rivers, tomorrow's mountains, with lovers, with the wind and the moon, all kinds of memories, across the heart. CHALLENGE: The art installation in the corner of the sandbox area is a "blue meteorite" placed in a water feature, which speaks to the building and the viewer through the angles of the meteorite. Space travellers are here to draw inspiration and energy to construct a subtle universe.
