| DESIGN NAME: Guangzhou Gemdale China Chic PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: While continuing the cultural life of the original guangzhou city, we also noticed that compared with the past, contemporary people have more diversified use needs for space. therefore, we implanted the new meaning and functions given by space, so that culture can better play its role as a magnet, enhance the vitality of the site, form highly creative visual expression and sensory experience, and link the urban mark of new art presentation and geographical culture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CHINA CHIC is a hometown dedicated to guangzhou city, a place to reproduce the memory of hometown. The elegant new oriental aesthetic demonstration area of CHINA CHIC in Gemdale is built with the idea of high mountains and flowing water and colorful clouds chasing the moon, which everywhere reflects the blending beauty of classical culture and contemporary architecture. It’s a gift to those who have enthusiasm for guangzhou's urban culture. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sales center is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about six months to finish the construction.
