| DESIGN NAME: Aurora Number One PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cleaning Robot INSPIRATION: Aurora Number One solves the shortage of cleaning staff caused by the aging of the society by continuously improving the quality and efficiency of cleaning and reducing the dependence on labor. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Aurora Number One is the first autonomous all-in-one cleaning robot features sweeping and mopping for future community. Existing cleaning robots are mainly oriented to households and large-scale commercial and office scenes, while there are no available community cleaning robots due to complex community environment and technical barriers. Aurora No.1 solves the pain of community cleaning. It is mainly used in residential, commercial, office buildings and hotels and other high-energy communities. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Aurora Number One is the helpful assistant of the cleaning staff, responsible for the cleaning of the most tiring part of the ground, which accounts for more than 70% of the workload. Man only needs to clean the façade and complex dead ends. Autonomous operation, self-cleaning and full-function base station free the cleaning staff from a series of maintenance tasks such as cleaning and drying mop, replacing the dust box/trash can, and cleaning tool maintenance. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Aurora Number One goes a step further in intelligence. In addition to regular operations like autonomous elevator-taking, it can also automatically recognize the degree of stains to determine whether to switch to the powerful cleaning mode, detect the cleaning quality to determine whether to repeat the cleaning immediately, and so on. Through the continuous upgrade of the algorithm, Aurora No.1 can get closer to the manual cleaning effect and greatly improve the cleaning efficiency. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Aurora Number One introduces the mopping function, with cleaning, sweeping and mopping performed at the same time, which can remove most of the common garbage; the mophead can be self-cleaned and air-dried to avoid the hidden danger by secondary pollution of the mophead and the ground slippery; the minimum cleaning distance along the edge can reach 1cm , effectively reducing cleaning dead corners.
