| DESIGN NAME: One Sino Park PRIMARY FUNCTION: Penthouse INSPIRATION: Located within the Financial Cluster of the Bund in Huangpu District, Shanghai, the project is a residential development that connects to Yu Garden on the north, faces Shanghai Expo Park and overlooks Lujiazui CBD. Based on analysis of the target customer groups, the design team integrates "living system", "health system" and "socializing system" into the spatial design, to cater to the living and working needs of elites. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project adopts the concept of creating a fully-furnished upscale residence so that the occupants can just bring luggage and directly settle in, and introduces the "living system, health system and socializing system" into the overall space. The "living system" and "socializing system" are brought into the living & dining area to meet the living and socializing needs of occupants, which is reflected in the enclosed layout of furniture. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Located in Shanghai, China, the design team introduce the "living system, health system and socializing system" into the overall space. And the overall decoration design integrates the needs of business socializing and private life, redefining an upscale private residence for elites. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project adopts environmental-friend SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Area: 510sqm Project Type: Penthouse TAGS: Penthouse, Luxury Residential, Sunac RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Situated at a core waterfront area, the iconic residential development embraces 22,000 sqm walkable park and 3.5km-long waterfront ecological park. Drawing on the lifestyle trends of luxury residences worldwide, the project provides a forward-looking lifestyle by creating an idyllic living environment on the bank of Huangpu River in downtown Shanghai. It combines dynamism and tranquility, full of a classy and understated luxurious touch. CHALLENGE: Systematic thinking is necessary for well presenting soft decoration design in interior space, otherwise it would be difficult to link the points, lines and planes of the interior outfits. Besides, as the project adopts the concept of creating an upscale fully-furnished home, it is critical to understand the living habits and practical needs of the occupants, which is a great challenge.
