| DESIGN NAME: Agile Shanqin Bay PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: Wanning, a coastal city in Hainan Province, is a new popular vacation destination. It enjoys favorable geographical and natural conditions, and is an ideal place to live in. We hope to create a tranquil, natural and exquisite living space here, which features new life aesthetics that encourage people to return to the essence of life, so as to replace noisy, artificial, and vulgar short-stay vacation experiences. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design aims to let every corner of the home embrace an open view to outdoor beautiful seascape. The large-scale French window in the dining room brings outdoor sea view into the interior. The open kitchen is flexible, and the wooden veneers and marbles echo with the ocean view outside the window, together embodying a natural concept. The project adopts an interesting color palette and structures, which perfectly integrate into the natural landscape. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design adopts a minimalist resort style, highlighting a strong regional feature. The spaces are organized in a freely staggered manner, and the bedroom protrudes towards the sea. The design makes sure that each floor embraces a wonderful view of the ocean. The open design provides a broader view, and occupants can commune with the sea even in the living room and dining room, which offers dwellers a happy living experience. The design is intended to create an elegant space that fits into a beachside lifestyle, from the perspectives of storage, health, happiness, techniques, convenience and intelligence, so as to provide occupants with an artistic, comfortable travel experience.
