| DESIGN NAME: Air Dream PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mattress INSPIRATION: Air Dream/Nature Air breaks the sequentially arranged structures of traditional type: the comfort layer, the slow-release layer, and the support layer, and adopt an innovated structure. The internal five layers of materials can be realized from top to bottom: high elasticity, breathability, precise support, independent work, etc. The mattress cover is designed to be detachable, which is convenient for users to keep clean daily life and maintain a long-term comfortable sleep. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Air Dream is an innovative mattress on the market that provides users with a perfect sleeping experience. The mattress is made of highly breathable TPEE, creating a cloud-like soft and breathable touch for users. The built-in independent springs provide precise support and strong elastic. These functions allow users to achieve a balanced state of water in the body, thereby improving the quality of sleep and enhancing the experience of deep sleep. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The human spine presents a certain physiological curve, and a suitable mattress must be in the natural S-shaped sleeping position we are used to. A mattress with a moderate hardness should be able to fit the contours of the body, allowing heavier body parts to fall into it, and at the same time provide support for other parts of the body, ensure blood circulation, and reduce the number of times the user turns over. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: By the design of Independent spring in non-woven bag, the noise reduced from the sound source of the product can be as low as 25 decibels at work after technological innovation(equivalent to ordinary softly whisper volume), which will not disturb patients and easily create a quiet nursing environment to bring a comfortable living environment for them.
