| DESIGN NAME: Xintian 360 Plaza Taikang W Mall PRIMARY FUNCTION: Shopping Center INSPIRATION: In the architectural design, the dynamic of the interstellar galaxy is the key concept, and the silver aluminum is selected as the main tonal color. The shape of the regular aluminum plate emphasizes the integrity of the building. The shape of the rhythmic waves is analogous to the galaxy ribbon across the starry sky, intertwined with a sense of trend. Perforated aluminum panels are used for the exterior materials, which look like the shining starlight in the night. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located at the northeast corner in the intersection of Xitaikang Road and Penggongci Street, 27th District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The land area is 15665 square meters, with a Commercial complex of 161543 square meters. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1. Dialogue with city parks is taken place, leting people discover more accessible natural space and raise the requirements for the quality of life. Using large glasses on the north side to increase the visibility of the People’s Square hidden in Xitaikang Road, it is meant to connect the Xitaikang 360 Plaza as a link to open the natural space. 2. To bring the green space in the terrace garden through the steping terraces. The terrace garden not only provides a stable and quiet outdoor space but also forms the green visual area and interrupts light pollution for the residents in the city towers. The roof is designed to implement a soil covering layer so that a large amount of greenery and plantations can be designed diversely and naturally. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was located in zhengzhou, China. The design was started in march 2015, and finished in march 2021. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 1. In the architectural design, the dynamic of the interstellar galaxy is the key concept, and the silver aluminum is selected as the main tonal color. The shape of the regular aluminum plate emphasizes the integrity of the building. The shape of the rhythmic waves is analogous to the galaxy ribbon across the starry sky, intertwined with a sense of trend. Perforated aluminum panels are used for the exterior materials, which look like the shining starlight in the night. At the same time, the facade uses the variation of the tints of aluminum panels to enhance the visual impact, highlighting the fashionable, trendy, and future-oriented Xitaikang Commercial Center. 2. The interior space is toned by pale blue and white and expanded into a multi-faced shape from a linear shape. The overall positioning of the project is based on the style and spatial functionality. Music is the theme, enhancing the combination of shopping and musical entertainment, redefining the spirit of space by delimiting areas and increasing consumers’ recognition and memory of the place. It is converged into a particular consumer experience of easy shopping, entertainment and interaction." SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1. The project is located at the northeast corner in the intersection of Xitaikang Road and Penggongci Street, 27th District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The transportation is convenient, with Dennis flagship store in the east, China Resources Vientiane City and Dashang Mart Main Store in the south, together with People's Park of Zhengzhou in the north. It is located in the prosperous area of Zhengzhou City, with an abundant flow of people and potential for commercial use. 2. The land area is 15665 square meters, with a Commercial complex of 161543.49 square meters, including an area of 57700.77 square meters for Shopping mall, 5649.92 square meters for Office, 50090.88 square meters for Residential use. 3. The mall is set up on 1st-8th floors, each floor is high 5.1m. Towers are divided into Section A and Section B. Two tower sections are located on the northwest and east side separately. The offices are located at 6th-8th Floors in Section A, while the rest space is residential. Naturally intertwined materials and orderly undulating linear shape are used to create a new generation of shopping mall with the sense of the future. The organic linear shape folds out the glass canopy, together with the advertising screen at the entrance, forming a revealing urban square. 2. Dialogue with city parks is taken place, leting people discover more accessible natural space and raise the requirements for the quality of life. Using large glasses on the north side to increase the visibility of the People’s Square hidden in Xitaikang Road, it is meant to connect the Xitaikang 360 Plaza as a link to open the natural space. 3.
