| DESIGN NAME: The Majestic PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: As a marketing and PR specialist, the client is friendly and welcoming to guests. In view of this, we aim to create a layout that would be ideal for communication and gathering. In the public sphere, the open floor layout, the rich variation of materials and the continuation of the characteristics vaguely define each area. The marble slabs and wood tone create a majestic atmosphere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The space features a modern, grand and affordable luxury style. Through the mix and match of materials, we can create a space with different materials in the same tone. The new layout allows the homeowner to enjoy a perfect dressing room and storage space. Due to the perfect layout of public and private areas, the house is an ideal residence for the client. The space features material variations. As for the private area, it echoes the wood tone and hand-painted walls in the public area, highlighting the essence of the space with modernity and simplicity in a calm and stable texture. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In order to provide residents with a more convenient living space and make every inch to the fullest, the wall in the master bedroom was pushed out to create two separate dressing rooms, offering a more comprehensive and complete space configuration. In addition, semi-transparent cabinets are used as partitions and vista on the path. They not only display collections but also provide a deeper depth. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Iron elements, marble, lighting design, hand-applied paint, honeycomb shade, and flat bricks. The design offers a grand and elegant vibe through the selection of materials and the open layout. The rich layers are realized through the differentiation of materials. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This 65-ping space has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. In the open space, the curved ceiling frame and linear LED lighting strips are embedded in the ceiling and shelves to make the space look magnificent. Accompanied by the marble TV wall, dining table, and flooring, it lends a grand and majestic atmosphere. The semi-permeable cabinet between the areas gives an airy and open feeling. TAGS: Majestic space, Hospitality space, Stable tone, Modern, Open floor plan. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This is a newly built house. In order to create a majestic feeling when entertaining guests, an open layout is established in the public area with the marble TV wall as the main visual, echoed by the hand-painted wall behind the sofa. The linear shapes of the ceiling, walls and cabinets create a whole new visual experience. The ceiling of the living room is outlined with curved frame lines to deepen the visual level of the main area. The long sofa and long table dining table give the homeowner a perfect space. CHALLENGE: Since the client believes in feng shui, there are many adjustments in the planning of the layout, such as changing the position of the door and bed. Thus, a harmonious, luxurious and elegant space that is an ideal residence for the client is created.
